For standard models (our catalog sizes from 20 mm to 140 mm in 5/12/24/48 V), the MOQ is flexible — we regularly accept trial orders of a few hundred pieces so you can validate the fan in your equipment first.

For customized versions (special frame colors, private labeling, custom connectors or newly tooled sizes), the MOQ is higher because injection tooling and setup costs need to be amortized. As a rule of thumb:

• Standard model + minor options (connector, wire length, PWM/tacho): from 500–1,000 pcs
• Private-label branding on existing tooling: from 1,000 pcs
• Newly developed size / structure: quoted per project, typically 2,000–5,000 pcs

Typical lead times after order confirmation and deposit:

• Standard samples: 3–5 working days from stock or current production
• Custom samples: 10–15 working days, depending on tooling and options
• Bulk orders: 15–25 days for regular volumes; peak season may add 5–10 days — our dual bases in Dongguan and Guangxi (2.5 million units monthly) keep this impact small

We ship worldwide by international express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for samples and urgent batches, by air freight for mid-size orders, and by sea (LCL / FCL from Shenzhen / Guangzhou ports) for full production runs. Trade terms EXW, FOB and DDP are all supported.

For standard catalog models, sample cost is low and is typically deducted from your first bulk order. Courier charges are collected on your account (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

For custom samples (non-standard voltage, PWM/tacho, IP waterproof, private label), we quote a sample fee covering materials and tooling trial time — also deductible at bulk order. You receive a full test report (speed, current, airflow, noise) with every sample batch so your engineers can verify against the datasheet.

Yes — most of our axial fans from 30 mm upward support the following control and signal options:

• PWM (4-wire): speed control by external duty cycle, typically 20–100%, PWM frequency 21–28 kHz compatible with standard control ICs
• FG / tacho (3-wire): speed feedback signal, usually 2 pulses per revolution, open-collector output
• RD / alarm: rotation-detect signal that reports lock or low-speed fault
• Thermistor speed control: self-regulating speed by ambient temperature

We match common connector standards (JST XH / PH / VH, Molex 2510) and wire colors used by major equipment makers, so our fans drop into your existing harness. Tell us your driver IC or wiring diagram and we will confirm compatibility before sampling.

Yes. Custom development from 20 mm to 170 mm is our core strength — we run 23 injection molding machines and 32 auto winding machines in-house, so frame, impeller and motor tooling all stay under our control.

The process: send your 2D/3D drawing (STEP, IGS, DWG, PDF all fine) or a physical sample. Our R&D lab reviews it for manufacturability, quotes tooling and piece price, then delivers first samples typically in 10–20 working days depending on size. Performance is verified on our in-house wind tunnel before shipment.

Standard models are IP20 (open frame). Optional protection levels:

• IP54 dust-proof versions — for dusty cabinets, power supplies and industrial equipment
• IP67 / IP68 waterproof versions — fully sealed motor and PCB (potting or conformal coating), waterproof bearings and sealed cable gland, for outdoor and humid environments

Note that sealing slightly reduces airflow and raises unit cost; we will recommend the lowest rating that survives your actual environment, validated in our high–low temperature and dust test chambers.

Yes. We stock the common terminal families (JST, Molex, TE) in 2/3/4-pin versions and can customize:

• Connector brand and pin count (JST XH2.54 / PH2.0 / VH3.96, Molex 2510, etc.)
• Wire length, gauge (AWG26–AWG24 typical) and color sequence
• Terminal plating and tinned-wire ends for solder or screw connection

Provide a wire-definition table or a photo of your current harness and we will match it.

We operate under an ISO 9001 quality management system with an independent R&D lab equipped with a wind tunnel, high–low temperature chamber and dust test equipment. Every finished fan is 100% tested before shipment:

• Speed (RPM), current and starting voltage
• Noise (dBA) in a semi-anechoic corner
• Airflow verification against the datasheet curve
• Aging / burn-in sampling per batch

Batch test reports are available on request with every shipment.

Our products are ISO 9001 (factory quality system), CE and RoHS certified. All materials comply with RoHS hazardous-substance restrictions, and material declarations or test reports can be issued for your compliance files. For specific market requirements (e.g. UL-recognised components for US projects), tell us in advance — we will confirm feasibility during quotation.

Finished fans carry a 1–3 year warranty depending on model and bearing type (ball-bearing versions at the longer end). Within the warranty period, we provide failure analysis on returned samples and free replacement for confirmed quality defects. Our target is simple: you should never have to argue about a fan that failed in normal use.

Yes — OEM and ODM are our main business. We can provide:

• Private labels and custom printing or laser marking on frame and hub
• Custom frame colors matched to your RAL / Pantone reference
• Custom packaging (color box, blister, carton marking)
• Full ODM development from your drawing or sample

We are happy to sign an NDA before you share drawings; tooling IP developed for your project belongs to you.

Standard terms for new customers: T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For established long-term partners we offer monthly statement settlement, and L/C at sight is accepted for large orders. Sample and small trial amounts can be arranged by PayPal or Western Union for speed. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
